Quality Assurance Analyst - RPA Testing Tools

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating test cases, coordinating SIT/UAT phases, validating automation outputs, and managing defects using industry-standard tools.

Experience with RPA testing tools and understanding business validation is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles with business and technical teams.

- Validate that business outcomes align with the approved design documents and automation logic.

- Maintain comprehensive test evidence, defect logs, and execution reports.

- Ensure bot stability, resilience, and performance across different environments.

- Collaborate closely with developers, SMEs, and business analysts to resolve defects and clarify requirements.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of test methodologies, test strategy, and regression practices.

- Experience in defect management using tools like: JIRA, Azure DevOps

- Knowledge of business validation processes to ensure automation accuracy.

- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple testing cycles.
