We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 23 years of experience in the IT service industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and performance of IT services and applications.
You will develop and execute test scenarios, identify and document defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to detect functional, performance, and usability issues.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide clear testing feedback and contribute to enhancing service quality and reliability.
- Participate in continuous process improvements and support QA best practices.
- Assist in improving automation coverage where applicable.
Qualifications :
- 24 years of hands-on QA experience in the IT service industry.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
