Job Role : Quality Assurance Analyst.
Job type : Full-time.
Work Mode : WFO.
Location : Chennai.
Shift-Timing : 4pm to 1 am.
Summary :
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Champion a culture of technology and automation throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Define test scenarios, create comprehensive test plans and test cases to support regression and client-specific testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects; support resolution and re-testing.
- Monitor open issues, risks, and actions that may impact requirements or deliverables.
- Prepare detailed test reports and metrics with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain business and functional requirements provided by clients and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 3+ years of software testing experience, preferably in healthcare applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with compliance procedures and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reporting and Metrics :
- Test case pass/fail rates.
- Defect detection rate and density.
- Requirements and code coverage.
