Quality Assurance Analyst - Java/Selenium

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Testing : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium in either C# or Java.

- Functional Testing : Conduct thorough functional and regression testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.

- Analysis and Debugging : Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

- SDLC Integration : Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Automation Expertise : Proven experience with both automation and functional testing.

- Technical Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience with Selenium using either C# or Java.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and diagnose complex issues.

- Team Player : Ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and collaborating on solutions.

- SDLC Knowledge : Good understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Self-Sufficient : Candidates must have their own laptop with a complete automation coding setup.
