About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Quality Analyst - Testing & AI to join our quality engineering team. The role involves validating software applications, AI-enabled features, data-driven solutions, and end-to-end product workflows to ensure reliability, functionality, performance, and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and end-to-end testing across applications and product features.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution.

- Perform API testing to validate request/response structures, business logic, integrations, and error handling.

- Validate data transformations, data pipelines, and database consistency using SQL.

- Identify suitable test cases for automation and contribute to building and maintaining automated test suites.

- Test AI/ML and GenAI-powered features for functionality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and usability.

- Design test scenarios for AI-driven workflows, including edge cases, ambiguous queries, and unexpected responses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product managers.

Required Skills :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Practical exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-based applications.

- Understanding of LLM-based applications and prompt-driven workflows.

- Familiarity with AI evaluation concepts such as accuracy, relevance, consistency, robustness, and hallucination detection.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

- Experience testing data-intensive, analytics, SaaS, or AI-powered products.

- Experience creating automation frameworks or reusable testing utilities.

- Exposure to performance, security, or accessibility testing would be an advantage.
