Quality Analyst - Manual Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand project requirements and create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UI, usability).

- Detect, document, and track bugs/issues to ensure they are resolved in time.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to maintain compatibility.

- Maintain clear and structured documentation for test processes and outcomes.

- Suggest improvements in product quality and testing processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.

- Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA methodologies.

- Good knowledge of writing and executing test cases & test scenarios.

- Proficiency in English communication (written & verbal) to coordinate effectively with teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good-to-Have (Plus Points) :

- Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar.

- Basic understanding of APIs and database queries (SQL).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
