Roles & Responsibilities :

- Perform comprehensive manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

- Design, document, and execute test cases, ensuring thorough test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard defect management tools.

- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure product quality aligns with business expectations.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA planning and estimations.

- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or GraphQL.

- Perform database testing using tools like MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience in manual testing across different environments.

- Domain exposure to E-commerce and IT Services is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
