Quality Analyst - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Summary.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Quality Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through advanced testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

- Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.

- Implement and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Perform regression, smoke, performance, and usability testing.

- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in performance testing and security testing.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- ISTQB or other QA certifications.

- Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android).
