As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues and enhance the overall performance and functionality of our applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated tests on web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Perform regression testing and re-testing post-bug fixes
- Participate in sprint planning and release cycles to ensure quality throughout
- Recommend process improvements and help evolve QA best practices
Must-Have Skills :
- 2-6 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts
- Hands-on experience with any bug tracking and test management tools
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Good to Have :
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Cypress, or Appium
- Exposure to API testing, performance testing, or security testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS environments
