Job Title : Quality Analyst (E-commerce)

Job Description :

Magneto IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Analyst to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of e-commerce applications.

- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems.

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

- Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to ensure testability.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques.

- Automate testing processes where applicable.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Perform usability testing to ensure a user-friendly experience.

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.

- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.

- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
