Quality Analyst - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts for various applications (web, APIs).

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and create test plans.

- Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure proper resolution through collaboration with development teams.

- Perform regression testing using automated scripts to verify software stability after code changes.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Monitor test execution and troubleshoot failures in automated test suites.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools in test automation.

- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for the QA team.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 2 to 5 of experience in software testing with at least 1 to 2 years in test automation.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.

- Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
