As the Quality & AI Innovation Lead, youll lead the dual charter of AI-driven engineering excellence and Quality Assurance leadership for a 30+ member tech team. This is a high-impact role where youll shape how humans and AI collaborate to deliver scalable, user-centric products trusted worldwide.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the AI + QA charter, integrating AI into SDLC to improve velocity and quality

- Elevate engineering with software craftsmanship practices (SOLID, TDD/BDD, pair programming, vibe coding)

- Own customer delight by ensuring consistent, reliable experiences across digital products

- Build and scale automation-first frameworks (web + mobile) integrated into CI/CD pipelines

- Mentor engineers on AI-assisted coding/testing/debugging/documentation

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams for seamless releases

- Define KPIs for product quality, developer productivity, and AI adoption; refine SDLC processes

- Run feedback loops and retrospectives to enhance customer and developer experiences

What Were Looking For :

- Proven leadership experience, inspiring teams and driving cultural change

- Strong foundation in software craftsmanship & clean code practices

- 5+ yrs in QA/engineering, 2+ yrs leading QA/engineering teams

- Expertise with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)

- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding/testing tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

- Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows & DevOps (CI/CD integration)

- Analytical mindset with ability to balance speed & reliability

- Excellent written & verbal communication to mentor engineers and influence stakeholders
