Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in Transportation Management (TM) to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will serve as a functional bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the seamless integration of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with logistics and transportation workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure end-to-end SAP SD and TM solutions to streamline order fulfillment and logistics operations for our enterprise clients.

- Lead the implementation of SAP TM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing SD and OTC frameworks to improve operational visibility.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications that align with global industry standards.

- Provide expert-level support for existing SAP environments, troubleshooting critical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.

- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus on solution design and process improvements.

- Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality delivery of SAP enhancements and rollouts.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD and SAP TM, with a proven track record of managing complex OTC cycles in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycles, including configuration, documentation, and post-go-live support.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Proven capability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to shifting project priorities and client needs.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on logistics and supply chain modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site model in Pune, maintaining high standards of professional conduct and team collaboration.
