Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Qlik Replicate Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience in data integration and replication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance data pipelines using Qlik Replicate (formerly Attunity Replicate). This role requires deep expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting data replication tasks across a variety of databases and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement data replication and migration solutions using Qlik Replicate for real-time and batch data movement.

- Utilize Change Data Capture (CDC) functionality to efficiently sync data from source to target systems, minimizing performance impact.

- Work with a wide range of source and target databases, including relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, as well as cloud-based data warehouses.

- Perform proactive monitoring of data pipelines to ensure stability, performance, and data integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data replication issues, including connectivity problems, data type mismatches, and latency.

- Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and business users to gather requirements and deliver robust data integration solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 510 years of experience in data integration, ETL, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate).

- Deep knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database concepts.

- Experience with at least one major relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
