Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced UI Platform Architect with deep expertise in ReactJS to lead the modernization, performance tuning, and tooling improvements of our large-scale web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architectural efforts to modernize the frontend platform, including upgrading React, Node.js, and associated tooling.

- Drive improvements in developer experience by optimizing JavaScript/React build times and tooling performance.

- Improve web performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals as tracked by Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights.

- Guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for frontend architecture, performance, and code maintainability.

- Evaluate and integrate build tools and utilities (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.) to enhance CI/CD workflows and frontend delivery.

Required Skills :

- 13+ years of overall software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend/UI architecture.

- Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of modern frontend build systems, bundlers, and optimization techniques.

- Experience upgrading and maintaining large-scale React applications.

- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.

- Exposure to Node.js scripting and server-side tooling (nice to have).

- Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Rollup, Vite (nice to have).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and working in DevOps-oriented environments is preferred.
