Qentelli - Technology Director

Role Overview :

The Technology Director will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery, leading large enterprise programs, and ensuring hands-on technical and architectural excellence. This role goes beyond client relationship management and requires deep involvement in delivery execution, technical decision-making, and team leadership across distributed environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering depth, cloud expertise, and Agile delivery leadership, with the ability to scale teams and platforms in complex enterprise ecosystems.

Delivery & Leadership :

- Lead large-scale enterprise implementations and multiple Agile teams / Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

- Own end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, quality, risk management, and timelines.

- Mentor Engineering Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to build high-performing delivery teams.

- Ensure consistent delivery outcomes across distributed and offshore teams.

Provide technical leadership across :

- Cloud platforms (AWS - ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services)

- .NET Full Stack development with Angular front-end

- Microservices and cloud-native architectures

- Review and guide application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.

- Lead adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, automation, and CI/CD.

- Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.

- Drive DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automation tools.

- Promote engineering standards, code quality, and continuous improvement.

- Act as a technology and delivery advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and leadership audiences.

- Partner with product, business, and operations teams to align technology outcomes with business goals.

Leadership :

- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs.

- Strong background in Agile delivery leadership (ARTs, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale distributed engineering teams.

- AWS Cloud : ECS, Lambda, S3 (hands-on or strong architectural leadership required)

- .NET Full Stack with Angular

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems

- Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Jira / ADO Boards

- GitHub & GitHub Copilot

- CI/CD and automation toolchains

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to balance technical depth with delivery ownership

- Results-driven, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset

- Strong emphasis on delivery leadership depth, not generic program management.

- Candidates must demonstrate hands-on technical involvement, not just governance or client management.

- Proven experience owning delivery outcomes in real-world enterprise environments.
