Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, multiple modules, integrations, CMDB, automation, and platform architecture.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, standards, and governance.

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Provide architectural leadership across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM/PPM or other ServiceNow modules.

- Define configuration vs. customization strategies and minimize technical debt.

- Design scalable workflows, automation, data models, applications, and integrations.

- Define and govern CMDB/CSDM architecture, data quality, relationships, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML and third-party systems.

- Provide technical guidance on Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Scoped Applications.

- Conduct architecture and design reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

- Define platform security, access control, performance, upgrade, release, and environment strategies.

- Lead ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and platform modernization initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, consultants, and technical leads.

- Create and maintain architecture documents, solution designs, integration diagrams, standards, and technical guidelines.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Solution Design.

- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.

- Strong knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Experience with one or more of ITAM/HAM/SAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM/PPM.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, ACLs, roles, scoped applications, and platform security.

- Strong scripting experience with JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/UI Builder, and App Engine.

- Strong experience in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, OAuth and third-party integrations.

- Understanding of CSDM and CMDB governance.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow performance, scalability, upgrade and deployment strategies.

- Experience with Agile development and enterprise application delivery.
