QBrainX - Technical Delivery Manager - ServiceNow IRM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end technical delivery, strong team leadership, and hands-on coding experience even in their current role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

- Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while managing risks and dependencies.

- Stay hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, and guiding team members through complex technical challenges.

- Define and track KPIs to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies and project updates with internal and external teams.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- 8 to 14 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to technical delivery management.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation and integration projects.

- Excellent technical leadership and team management capabilities.

- Hands-on coding experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)even in your current role.

- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
