Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tester with a strong foundation in software testing fundamentals and hands-on experience testing the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should be proficient in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of various ServiceNow modules and features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform comprehensive testing of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and other modules as applicable.

- Understand requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing.

- Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, and configurations.

- Log defects, track them through resolution, and ensure quality delivery.

- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure clarity of requirements and test outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

- Support release cycles, deployments, and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of overall testing experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow testing.

- Strong understanding of testing fundamentals test design techniques, test lifecycle, defect lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM or other modules.

- Ability to test ServiceNow features such as workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, catalog items, and integrations.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication and documentation skills.
