We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer to join our team.

In this role, you'll be crucial in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that empower our clients to effectively manage their portfolios, demands, projects, and resources on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities :
- SPM Module Development & Customization : Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow SPM suite, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Financial Planning.
- Workflow & Process Optimization : Create and optimize complex workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other configurations to automate and streamline SPM processes.
- Reporting & Dashboard Customization : Develop and customize insightful reports, performance analytics dashboards, and widgets to provide key stakeholders with actionable visibility into portfolio health, project status, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Roadmap Planning Support : Support the configuration and enhancement of Roadmap Planning features to visualize strategic initiatives and their execution.
- Integrations : Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, financial systems) to ensure data flow and consistency.
- CMDB & Data Model Alignment : Work closely with CMDB teams to ensure accurate configuration item data supports SPM processes, particularly for APM.
- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose
effective ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance activities for existing SPM implementations.
- Best Practices & Governance : Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance policies throughout the development lifecycle.
Technical Skills :
ServiceNow SPM Expertise (Mandatory) :
- Deep expertise in Demand Management, including idea generation, demand assessment, and demand conversion.
- Strong proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), covering project creation, planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Extensive experience with Resource Management, including resource plans, capacity planning, and allocation.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), including application rationalization, lifecycle management, and integration with CMDB.
- Experience with Financial Planning within SPM, including budget creation, cost tracking, and benefits realization.
- Ability to configure and customize Roadmap Planning features effectively.
ServiceNow Core Development :
- Expertise in JavaScript scripting (Glide Script, Server-side, Client-side).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools and features : Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Service Portal widgets,
and Catalog Items.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including table relationships and CMDB.
- Experience with reporting, Performance Analytics, and dashboard customization on the ServiceNow platform.
Integrations :
- Experience with various integration methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP, Integration Hub).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM or PPM is a significant advantage
