Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Experience : 5 7 Years

Job Location : Onsite Madhapur, Hyderabad

Immediate Joiner / Who can join us within 15 to 20 days are preferred.

Job Summary :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with a solid background in software development to join our team at our Madhapur, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow including configuration, customization, and administration and a successful track record of delivering robust ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure, customize, and administer ServiceNow modules to ensure high system availability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

- Perform routine platform maintenance, including version upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, configurations, and support procedures.

- Provide end-user training and technical support for deployed solutions.

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

- Stay up to date with ServiceNow enhancements, development best practices, and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Administration, including platform configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow Agile.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as:

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow platform administration.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
