Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer cum Architect with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and solid solution design capabilities. Experience with CSM and HRSD modules is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as the role involves regular interaction with US-based stakeholders. This position requires advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and additional modules (CSM, HRSD preferred).

- Architect scalable and robust ServiceNow configurations aligned with business requirements and best practices.

- Conduct requirement analysis, solutioning workshops, and technical design sessions with US clients and internal teams.

- Develop complex server-side and client-side scripts including Glide scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and workflow automations.

- Build and manage strong integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other technologies.

- Oversee end-to-end development cycles, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance, coding standards, and performance optimization guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform enhancements and upgrades.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers; review technical deliverables.

- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Strong expertise in ITSM; exposure to CSM and HRSD modules is a plus.

- Proven experience in solutioning, technical design, and leading ServiceNow implementations.

- Excellent JavaScript, Glide API, and overall scripting skills.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, OAUTH, JSON, XML, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, UI policies, flows, workflows, and catalog development.

- Outstanding communication, client interaction, and presentation skillsmust be able to work smoothly with

US-based teams.

- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/CSM/HRSD, CTA is a plus).
