Job Title : ServiceNow ITOM Developer CMDB Specialist

Job Overview :

- Build and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, discovery patterns, and CI lifecycle processes.

- Integrate data from various sources into the CMDB using MID Servers, Discovery, and third-party integrations.

- Develop and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide) and business rules to automate and enhance CMDB functionalities.

- Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment with ITIL best practices.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define configuration item (CI) requirements and maintain accurate dependency mappings.

- Troubleshoot CMDB and integration issues, and lead root cause analysis for configuration-related incidents.

- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and documentation related to CMDB and ITOM modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years working directly with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience with MID Server deployments, Discovery, CI Class Models, and integrations with tools like SCCM, AWS, Azure, etc.

- Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially configuration and asset management.

- Familiarity with data normalization, reconciliation, and data governance policies.

- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver scalable solutions.
