Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to work onsite in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a 6-month contract role, extendable based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including :

- Discovery

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- Operational Intelligence

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies

- Customize CMDB, manage CI classes and relationships, and ensure data integrity

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into workable solutions

- Conduct performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modules

- Provide documentation, technical support, and training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on ITOM modules

Strong knowledge of :

- ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration

- Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB design

- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including server-side/client-side

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, authentication, data exchange)

- Good understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB data models

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CISITOM) are a strong advantage
