About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) / IRM Developer or Lead to design, build, and enhance solutions across the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and end-to-end module implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

GRC / IRM Development & Configuration :

- Design, configure, and implement solutions across ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including :

1. Policy & Compliance Management

2. Risk Management

3. Audit Management

4. Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

5. Continuous Monitoring

6. Exception & Issue Management

- Develop custom workflows, controls, indicators, assessments, and risk scoring models.

Platform Development :

- Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and other platform capabilities.

- Create and maintain custom tables, relationships, forms, ACLs, dashboards, and reporting.

Integrations :

- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or third-party applications.

- Develop scripted REST APIs and orchestration workflows for GRC/IRM data exchange.

Solution Design & Delivery :

- Translate business requirements into robust GRC/IRM solutions aligned with industry practices.

- Conduct gap analysis, build proof-of-concepts, and prepare technical documentation.

- Work closely with architects, compliance teams, and platform administrators to ensure cohesive delivery.

Leadership (for Lead Role) :

- Provide technical guidance to developers and junior team members.

- Lead GRC/IRM design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and technical reviews.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience in IRM/GRC module design, configuration, and implementation.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server & client) and platform customization.

- Experience creating complex workflows, risk assessments, control testing, and data models.

- Solid understanding of risk frameworks, compliance structures, and governance processes.

- Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation workflows.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
