Contract Duration : 3 Months (Extendable based on project requirements and performance)


Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow FSM solutions to support field service operations. This is a remote role based in India, with potential contract extension depending on project needs and individual performance.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) applications.


- Configure FSM modules including Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, Mobile Agent, and Asset Management.


- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, workflows, and Flow Designer.


- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.


- Customize and manage ServiceNow Mobile Agent for field technicians.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM functionality and performance.


- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.


- Ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.


- Support testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.


- Strong experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).


- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.


- Experience with FSM scheduling, dispatching, and work order lifecycle.


- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Mobile Agent configuration.


- Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.


- Strong understanding of ITSM/CSM modules (added advantage).


- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Application Developer, or FSM Implementation Specialist.


- Prior experience working on remote projects or global teams.


- Exposure to Performance Analytics and Reporting in ServiceNow.
