Job Description :

We are actively looking for a ServiceNow Developer FSM with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Field Service Management (FSM) implementation from scratch, including design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end FSM implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

- Design and implement solutions across Field Service Management (FSM) modules including Dispatch, Work Order Management, Mobile Configuration, and Scheduling.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).

- Perform integration of FSM with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-deployment.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of solid experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM).

- Proven experience in end-to-end FSM implementations from scratch.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and automation workflows.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Excellent communication skills ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or FSM Implementation Specialist.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
