Job Overview :

We are seeking talented and experienced ServiceNow professionals (Developers, Leads, and Architects) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing at least two ServiceNow modules from scratch, along with strong scripting and integration skills.

This is a remote role based in India, offering exciting opportunities to work on enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform

- Work on at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, GRC, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Custom Scoped Application, CMDB, FSM, SPM, Service portal, FSO, ITAM, ITBM etc.) from scratch to deployment.

- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows

- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals

- Provide architectural and technical guidance across ServiceNow implementations (for Architect roles)

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure performance tuning of applications.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.

- Proven experience in implementing at least two ServiceNow modules end-to-end implementation from scratch to deployment.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations

- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications

- Solid understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.) are a plus
