Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) for a remote opportunity based in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience in FSM, working closely with clients to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow FSM modules.

- Customize and enhance FSM workflows, including Work Orders, Dispatch, Scheduling, and Mobile capabilities.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows.

- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with third-party systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide troubleshooting and support for FSM applications and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and deployment.

- Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on FSM.

- Proven track record of end-to-end FSM implementation in client projects.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow Glide APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with Middle East clients is a plus.
