Job Description :



We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working directly with CMDB as a primary focus, with solid understanding of its integration across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.



Key Responsibilities :



- Configure and enhance CMDB-related components including Discovery, Service Mapping, CI Classes, Data Models, and Integrations.



- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CMDB supports ITSM/ITOM/ITAM processes and business needs.



- Implement remediation activities for data gaps, discrepancies, and compliance issues.



- Develop automation solutions to streamline CMDB processes and improve data integrity.



- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.



- Troubleshoot CMDB issues and provide long-term fixes and performance improvements.



- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide expert guidance on CMDB best practices.



Required Skills & Qualifications :



- 4-7 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow CMDB (must have).



- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.



- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CI Class Models, Integrations, and CMDB best practices.



- Ability to create and maintain data models, CI relationships, and reconciliation rules.



- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
