Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow APM (Application Portfolio Management) Developer with strong hands-on development skills on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in implementing, customizing, and maintaining APM modules, combined with strong scripting and integration capabilities. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality APM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow APM, including Application Portfolio, Business Applications, Capabilities, Assessments, and Application Services.

- Implement APM-related features such as Application inventory, Rationalization, TCO, Lifecycle Management, and Data Model enhancements.

- Develop custom scripts using Glide API, client scripts, business rules, UI actions, script includes, and server/client-side logic.

- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and data imports.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy within APM by working with CMDB, Application Services, and Discovery data.

- Build dashboards, reports, and administrative tools supporting APM usage.

- Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting during development cycles.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and coding standards.

- Be involved in Agile/Scrum processes, providing updates and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of total IT experience with 3 years of ServiceNow APM implementation/development.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and customization.

- Deep understanding of APM module, including data structures, relationships, and APM lifecycle.

- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and third-party system integrations.

- Good understanding of CMDB, Application Services, Discovery mappings, and CSDM alignment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work in hybrid setups and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
