About the Role :


We are looking for talented ServiceNow Agentic AI Developers with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The selected candidates will work closely with the clients Center of Excellence (COE) team to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents that address complex business challenges on the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Agentic AI solutions to support business workflows and problem-solving use cases.


- Work with the Clients COE team to build, optimize, and test AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform.


- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.


- Independently troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.


- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture planning sessions.


- Follow ServiceNow and AI best practices for solution development, security, and governance.


- Document configuration details, solution flows, and technical specifications.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 1- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, including exposure to Agentic AI capabilities.


- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.


- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new AI features and tools.


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features and architecture.


- Effective communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills :


- Working knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).


- Exposure to AI automation, machine learning, or workflow intelligence.


- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems or APIs.
