Job Description

Position : Jitterbit Integration Specialist

Exp level : 5 to 8+ years

Job Location : India (Preferred, Remote)

Job Duration : 12 Months contract, extendable based on project need.

Customer : USA-based

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Jitterbit Integration Specialist to support and troubleshoot existing integrations, enhance workflows, and assist the customer during their migration from Jitterbit to MuleSoft.

Responsibilities :

- Support existing Jitterbit integrations, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth workflow operations.

- Develop enhancements, optimize performance, monitor system health, and collaborate with the customer team.

- Assist in planning for migration to MuleSoft and provide required documentation.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8+ years of experience working with Jitterbit Harmony and API-based integrations.

- Strong skills in REST, SOAP, XML/JSON, database/file integrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with MuleSoft (since migration is planned).

- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
