QBrainX - Delphi Developer - C# Programming

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Delphi.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in both development and production environments.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to standards.

- Optimize database interactions and queries using MSSQL / SQL Server.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Delphi development.

- Strong proficiency in Delphi frameworks and libraries.

- Solid experience working with MSSQL / SQL Server databases.

- Experience or knowledge of C# is an added advantage.

- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong communication and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
