About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with deep expertise in validating Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrated business applications. This role demands a strong foundation in automation frameworks, end-to-end business flow testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex requirements with an engineering mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform detailed automation testing of Salesforce modules, including Lightning, Classic, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom components.

- Design and execute integration & end-to-end testing for multiple interconnected systems and data flows.

- Work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and developers to understand business processes and validation needs.

- Create test plans, test scenarios, reusable test scripts, regression suites, and automation coverage strategies.

- Identify defects proactively, perform RCA, track issues to closure, and maintain test documentation.

- Validate system behavior across different releases, ensuring smooth deployments and zero impact to business continuity.

- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, requirement walkthroughs, backlog refinement and QA planning discussions.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, test governance, and structured reporting of execution status, metrics and risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce QA experience.

- Strong hands-on skills in Automation Testing using frameworks/tools relevant to Salesforce and UI validation.

- Experience in integration testing, API flows, third-party connectors, data movement validation and end-to-end QA.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break complex requirements into testable components.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of working in high-collaboration remote environments.

- Ability to handle production validations, regression cycles, defect triaging and quality gates independently.

- Must be willing to work in 4PM1AM or 6PM3AM IST remote shifts with shift allowance benefits.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

- Experience with CI/CD-based test execution, automation frameworks, or performance testing.

- Salesforce Certifications (QA/Administrator/Platform App Builder) add advantage.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and release management practices.
