Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing of Oracle Retail Xstore POS.

- Validate retail business processes including promotions, returns, exchanges, inventory, loyalty, and payment processing.

- Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution reports.

- Execute test cases and identify functional, integration, and usability issues.

- Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira.

- Perform end-to-end testing of POS transactions and associated retail workflows.

- Validate integrations between Xstore POS and Oracle Retail/related applications.

- Test POS hardware including barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment terminals, cash drawers, and PIN pads.

- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA teams for resolution.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide clear updates on testing progress, defects, risks, and overall quality status.

- Support UAT and production validation activities when required.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3 - 5 years of Software QA / Testing experience

- Strong Retail POS Testing experience

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS

- Good understanding of: Promotions, Returns & Exchanges, Inventory, Loyalty, Payment processing

- Experience with Jira

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong knowledge of test case creation and execution

- Defect reporting and management

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Good verbal and written communication
