About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing test strategies while ensuring high-quality software delivery. Candidates must have worked in Product-Based Companies in both their current and previous organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Java.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.

- Validate backend data through Database Testing using SQL queries.

- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand product requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to enhance productivity and improve test quality.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Mandatory).

- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Mandatory).

- Strong experience in Database Testing using SQL (Mandatory).

- Experience in automation using Playwright.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- API Testing (Postman/REST Assured)

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Git Version Control

- Performance testing exposure

- Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools
