We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Test Lead with strong programming expertise in Go and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in API automation and performance testing.

This role requires leading test strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring high product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Go and JavaScript.

- Drive and execute API testing and performance testing using tools such as k6 and wrk.

- Design, implement, and optimize automation scripts for functional and non-functional testing.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.

- Analyze automation results, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.

- Work closely with development and DevOps teams to improve test coverage, scalability, and efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices within the QA team.

Skills Required :

- 7- 9 years of professional experience in QA automation.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Go and JavaScript.

- Expertise in API testing, REST frameworks, and automation tools.

- Solid experience with performance testing using k6, wrk, or similar tools.

- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills for debugging, optimizing, and improving automation workflows.

- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
