QA Automation Engineer - Salesforce Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using Selenium and other automation tools (Java, Python, Karate).

- Execute regression, smoke, and system testing to ensure product stability and functionality.

- Align automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

- Test Mulesoft APIs and integrations to verify accurate data transformation and system reliability.

- Conduct bulk data testing using Data Loader, Bulk API, CLI, or similar tools to validate data integrity and performance.

- Validate data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and downstream systems.

- Test ingestion pipelines, data unification, and segmentation processes within Data Cloud environments.

- Verify Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and calculated fields against backend data sources for accuracy.

- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of QA experience, preferably in Salesforce testing environments.

- Hands-on experience with API testing, particularly Mulesoft.

- Strong automation skills using Java, Python, Selenium, or Karate framework.

- Expertise in bulk data operations and testing methodologies.

- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, and command-line tools for data validation.

- Familiarity with Data Cloud ingestion, unification, and segmentation concepts.

- Ability to test and validate Tableau dashboards and reporting tools against backend systems.

- Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote teams.
