QA Automation Engineer - PyTest

Key Responsibilities :

- Test and validate both RESTful and SOAP APIs for performance, reliability, and correctness.

- Utilize tools like Postman for manual and automated testing during development cycles.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product managers to define test strategies and integrate testing into the CI/CD process.

- Work with Git-based repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket) to manage test code versioning and pull requests.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test pipelines within a CI/CD framework.

- Investigate test failures and log defects with detailed root cause analysis.

Key Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API protocols.

- Experience using Postman for API testing (manual and automated).

- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site development environment
