AJO/CJA QA Architect

We are looking for an experienced AJO/CJA QA Architect with 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, and test architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive QA strategies for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring the quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability of customer journey and analytics implementations.

You will work closely with solution architects, developers, business analysts, data engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, design appropriate testing approaches, identify risks, and ensure successful project releases.

Key Responsibilities:

QA Strategy and Test Architecture:

- Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for AJO, CJA, and AEP implementations.

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.

- Define testing standards, processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Identify testing risks, dependencies, and potential quality issues at an early stage.

- Establish appropriate testing approaches for complex customer journey and analytics solutions.

- Review requirements and technical specifications to identify testability and quality gaps.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers.

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Testing:

- Perform end-to-end testing of Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.

- Validate journey creation, orchestration, triggers, conditions, actions, and decisioning.

- Test customer journeys across different channels and touchpoints.

- Validate audience qualification, segmentation, personalization, and journey entry/exit criteria.

- Validate campaign configuration.
