Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mohali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and automation. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our applications, leading to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications to ensure thorough coverage of functionality.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Playwright Testing to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Analyze test results, document defects accurately, and track them through resolution to maintain a high level of product quality.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback on design, and ensure timely resolution of issues to facilitate smooth product development cycles.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the testing team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough software coverage.

- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using C# and Playwright Testing.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex software defects.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mohali.
