Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building automation frameworks, ensuring application reliability, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software at speed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automate functional, regression, API, and integration test cases.

- Perform REST/SOAP Web API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Python requests libraries.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

- Ensure testing is aligned with Agile/DevOps principles and shift-left testing strategies.

- Conduct performance, compatibility, and reliability testing where applicable.

- Write and review test plans, test cases, and test scripts for coverage and traceability.

- Support DevOps testing by automating infrastructure validation, smoke testing in cloud deployments, and monitoring pipelines.

- Participate in code reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement discussions.

Required Skills :

- Automation : Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Pytest, or Robot Framework.

- Web API Testing : Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs, using Postman, Rest Assured, or Python libraries.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.

- Version Control : Git/GitHub/GitLab experience is essential.

- Database Testing : Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.

- Agile Practices : Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
