As a Python Technical Lead, you will spearhead the design and development of high-performance backend systems, serving as the primary technical authority for complex project lifecycles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and engineering squads to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable code. Your contribution will be pivotal in driving architectural decisions, ensuring system reliability, and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence across our delivery centers in Bangalore, Pune, and Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust backend services using Python, Flask, and FastAPI to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Design and implement complex workflows and system customizations to meet specific client-side business requirements.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, transitioning seamlessly between Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies based on project needs.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps to ensure high availability and rapid release cycles.

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between disparate microservices and third-party platforms.

- Oversee database schema design and query optimization for MySQL and SQL environments to ensure peak application performance.

- Mentor engineering team members through code reviews and technical guidance to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend architectures using Python, with deep proficiency in Flask and FastAPI frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and manage complex workflows and system customizations within enterprise-grade environments.

- Strong command over SQL and MySQL, with the ability to architect efficient database solutions for high-volume data processing.

- Extensive experience in managing the full software development lifecycle using both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies.

- Proficient in leveraging Azure DevOps for automated testing, continuous integration, and streamlined deployment management.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments across Bangalore, Pune, or Delhi/NCR.

- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
