Python Technical Lead - AWS Cloud Services

Python Tech Lead with extensive software development experience and a strong background in Python, AWS, and DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions for business requirements.

- Ensure high-quality code delivery through best practices.

- Implement process and technical improvements to optimize performance.

- Mentor and support junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings.

- Contribute across the full technology stack as needed.

Must-Have Skills :

Programming Languages : Expert in Python and PythonScript

DevOps & Tools : CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, Visual Studio Code

Cloud : Experience with AWS (preferred : EC2, RDS, SES, S3, Lambda)

Database : Strong in writing and optimizing SQL queries

Development Practices : Test-Driven Development, Software Design Patterns

Methodologies : Agile, Scrum, Jira

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience developing in C#

- Previous exposure to the banking and financial services domain

- Experience migrating applications between tech stacks

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative

- Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach
