Python Team Lead - Django/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python/Django applications for legacy and new projects.

- Oversee frontend development using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Manage and optimize MongoDB databases and server configurations on IIS and Apache.

- Utilize the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, best practices, and technical leadership.

- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, maintain documentation, and provide site support.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Python and Django, including leadership roles.

- Proficient in ReactJS, MongoDB, ELK stack, and server configuration (IIS/Apache).

- Prior experience in the manufacturing domain is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and team management skills.
