About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned developer with 610 years of experience to join our Telecom/Networking team. The role focuses on building and maintaining highperformance network management solutions using Python and Golang, deployed on Kubernetes clusters. The candidate will work onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust NMS/EMS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python and Golang for telecom networking applications.

- Containerize applications and manage deployments using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Integrate and enhance Network Management System (NMS) and Element Management System (EMS) functionalities.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform rootcause analysis, and implement effective fixes.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to bestpractice guidelines, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills :

- Strong handson experience with Python and Golang.

- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and operations.

- Proven experience in the Telecom/Networking domain.

- Familiarity with NMS/EMS systems and related protocols.

- Excellent problemsolving abilities and solid software development fundamentals.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.

- Understanding of network protocols (e.g., SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF).

Qualifications :

- Total professional experience of 6 to 10 years in software development.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering telecom or networking solutions.

- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru fulltime.
