Python/Generative AI Developer - LLM/RAG

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build and deploy agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and

product managers.

- Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance.

- Stay updated with latest developments in Gen AI and apply best practices.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PySpark.

- Strong Python development skills.

- Web development experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask (minimum 1.5 years).

- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs using Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, LoRA/PEFT.

- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone,

ChromaDB, Weaviate, OpenSearch.

- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.

- Proficient in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker,

Kubernetes).

- Understanding of embedding models, vector search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.

- Experience in deploying models in production environments.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).

- Exposure to privacy-preserving AI and responsible AI practices.
