Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python (backend), React (frontend), and AWS (cloud infrastructure).

This role involves architectural leadership, mentoring developers, and aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and oversee fullstack architecture using Python, React, and AWS.

- Lead design reviews, set coding standards, and ensure best practices.

- Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, IAM).

- Integrate with databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and AI/ML.

- Mentor developers and guide technical decisions.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, microservices).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years in fullstack development; 3+ years in architectural leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Frontend : React, Next.js, TypeScript

2. Backend : Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)

3. Cloud : AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, IAM)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
