About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance applications while integrating advanced AI-driven features. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building intelligent systems, and working with modern frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full-Stack Development :

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask) and React.js.

- Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

2. AI & LLM Integration :

- Build and integrate AI-driven features using GenAI models (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.

- Develop RAG pipelines and vector search workflows using vector databases.

- Optimize AI inference, embedding generation, and prompt engineering workflows.

3. Backend Engineering & Architecture :

- Design scalable and secure backend architectures, REST APIs, and microservices.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the application stack.

- Optimize database queries and integrate SQL/NoSQL data stores.

4. Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with product managers, AI/ML teams, QA, and designers.

- Review code, enforce best practices, conduct technical mentoring, and support junior developers.

- Participate in architectural discussions, sprint planning, and technical roadmapping.

5. DevOps & Deployment :

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Deploy and monitor applications on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

- Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Proven experience integrating GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, etc.

- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.

- Expertise in building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Next.js for advanced frontend development.

- Exposure to MLOps, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI application workflows.

- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time systems.

- Familiarity with API gateways, caching strategies, and system design principles
